About me
“Change is inevitable, but transformation is a choice.”
Sometimes you know something needs to change – but you're not quite sure what or how to get there.
I'm Ferhana, a Transformative Coach, ADHD Coach, and Business Psychologist. I work with people who are navigating change, identity, confidence, career transitions, and leadership. Together, we create space to slow down, make sense of what's going on, and explore what might be possible next.
I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent professionals and leaders, especially those who have discovered ADHD later in life. Many people come to coaching after years of feeling different, masking, overcompensating, or wondering why things seem harder than they should. As a British South Asian Muslim woman with lived experience of ADHD, I understand how our intersecting identities play a part in this and consequently how we perceive, navigate, and lead change.
That’s why my coaching is informed by an intersectional lens, where I create an affirming and powerful space where every part of you is welcome: a space to better understand yourself, work with your strengths, and build a life and career that feels more aligned with who you are.
Whether you're building confidence, navigating a transition, advocating for your needs, or seeking a life more aligned with your values, I'm here to help you think differently, challenge what's holding you back, and move forward with intention.
If this resonates for you, feel free to book a complimentary 30-minute exploratory conversation.

Testimonials
I’ve worked with incredible leaders - here’s what some have said:
“Ferhana coached me at a point where I felt genuinely stuck. As a neurodivergent person from a minority background, I’d been carrying years of self-doubt and imposter syndrome that made change feel out of reach. What set her apart was how attentively she listened and how deeply she understood my lived experience. She created a space where I could speak openly, helping me dismantle long-held assumptions and challenge myself in ways that felt grounding rather than overwhelming.
Following our work together, I shifted direction in my career and stepped into a new role with far greater confidence. The impact has been lasting – on both my self-belief and my trajectory.”
- Erdinç, Product Manager
“My first coaching session with Ferhana exceeded all expectations! In just one hour, we explored key areas around the change I wanted in depth - and her ability to ask the right questions at the right time helped me to unlock a level of clarity, intention, purpose and meaningful next steps, that I had been seeking for some time. Ferhana authentically created a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space, allowing for a transparent and honest conversation to flow, which helped me to deep dive into certain areas of thinking with a sense of trust. She did this maintaining a soft structure to achieve tangible, actionable outcomes.
For anyone considering coaching, Ferhana is an exceptional thought-partner/coach and truly impactful in supporting your transformation journey.”
- Kanwal, Muslim Women Connect Mentor
“I’m very lucky to have experienced Ferhana’s coaching style over three sessions. I can say without doubt it is a great balance of understanding through empathy and gentle guiding when necessary. She creates a space that goes beyond surface-level reflection, helping you explore underlying patterns, beliefs, and perspectives in a way that feels both safe and thought-provoking.
Ferhana’s coaching sessions encouraged me to identify and develop individualised strategies to overcome challenges and embrace change. Beyond the sessions, Ferhana has helped me to develop the ability to identify patterns and reasoning for myself. ”
