Hi, my name is Emma.
I am a Life Coach for Mum's Raising Teenage Daughters.
I can support you to create and maintain healthy relationships with your daughter and to take care of yourself too.
I have adult and teenage daughters myself, so can relate to a lot that you may be experiencing.
My daughters and I have overcome many things together, and I continue to learn from them every day.
I am a Feminist and truly believe in the power of celebrating and supporting each other as the amazing women we are.

I qualified as a Life Coach with The Beautiful You Coaching Academy. Their materials, lectures and teachings, were so heart centred and focused on the wellbeing of the client.

I am a very open, empathic and compassionate woman.
I am a mum of an adult daughter and a teenage daughter.
We have been through a lot as a family, and my experience as a mum has taught me a great deal about them as individuals and myself as both a mother and a woman.
As mum's I think we are all amazing, but know it can be hard to realise this about ourselves.
I am very passionate about supporting other mum's and letting them know they are not alone.
