About me
A former media & entertainment lawyer, I am an ICF-certified professional coach for executives, professionals and entrepreneurs. Based in the UK, I work with clients from a wide range of sectors, from the creative industries to professional services and beyond.
Trained and certified in New York in 2017, I have been fortunate enough to work with extraordinary people across the US & Europe, helping them to unlock a deeper understanding of their purpose and place in the world following pivotal life moments, gain clarity about what they want to do in work and life, and the courage to move forward.
I combine traditional coaching methods with Jungian psychology, eastern philosophy, Internal Family Systems theory & the True Purpose methodology to create a holistic inside-out approach which leads to true transformation in my clients’ lives.
I am also a Qualified Mentor Coach supporting coaches who wish to uplevel their skills and/or seek accreditation with ICF.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

£125.00 - £200.00
Additional information
Most of my work is structured as packages for ease and clarity for both coach and client. Generally I offer 3 and 6 month packages.
