Hi, I'm Ella, a qualified life and career coach helping people navigate change with greater clarity, confidence and self-belief.
Whether you're questioning your career, feeling stuck in your current role, returning to work, searching for a new opportunity, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything life is asking of you, I offer a supportive, practical space to help you untangle your thoughts and decide what comes next.
My background of 25+ years in coaching, business management, leadership and HR means I combine deep listening with practical action. Together we'll explore what's really important to you, identify what's holding you back, and create a realistic plan that feels achievable and true to who you are.
While I work with people from many different backgrounds, I have a particular passion for supporting working mums and others who have spent years looking after everyone else, only to realise they've lost sight of themselves along the way.
I offer one-to-one life coaching, career coaching and job search support, including CV and LinkedIn reviews, interview preparation and career clarity packages. I also run a monthly coaching and reflection community, providing a welcoming space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself alongside others on a similar journey.

- As well as the coaching qualification course I have undertaken numerous coaching courses over the years, some specialising in coaching teams, coaching business owners, coaching for health and weight loss, and coaching for career progression.
- Continuing my personal and professional development is important to me and I regularly undertake additional courses in line with CPD requirements and my interests.
- I have two teenage children with neurodiversities and have taken several relevant courses in Autism and ADHD. I have undiagnosed ADHD and diagnosed dyslexia.
- Previously achieved Level 5 People Management CIPD qualification, as well as attending training in Leadership in Practice, Management Essentials, Project Management, Modern Committee Administration, Train the Trainer, Role of the Security Controller, Psychology & Health Sciences, Recruitment and Selection.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

My coaching is warm, supportive and practical, providing a safe space to think clearly, explore what's really going on, and take meaningful action. I'll listen without judgement, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge you when it helps you move forward.
With over 25 years' experience across coaching, leadership and HR, I combine reflective coaching with practical guidance where appropriate, particularly for career development, leadership and job search support.
Sessions are available online via Zoom (other platform options if required), making coaching accessible wherever you are in the UK or beyond. I also offer face-to-face sessions and walking coaching for clients local to Winnersh, Berkshire.
