Hi, I’m Ella, a qualified, compassionate life and career coach with 15+ years’ experience helping people reconnect with who they are, what they want, and how to create a joyful, balanced life that feels like them again.
I specialise in working with capable, caring women (especially working mums) who’ve spent years holding everything together, only to realise they’ve quietly disappeared somewhere in the process.
Through coaching, I help you put yourself back on the priority list without sacrificing the life you’ve built.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost in motherhood or a career crossroads, I offer a safe space to pause, untangle your thoughts, and rediscover your spark. Even if you don’t know what you want right now, I can help you find the clarity and confidence to move forward.
I also support a wide range of people with career coaching, CV and LinkedIn support, and job searching.
I offer one-to-one coaching, a transformational coaching programme, and a monthly journaling and coaching club.

- Over 15 years' experience coaching individuals in senior HR, leadership, and business management/support roles across a range of industries
- Formerly worked in HR, Business Management, and Finance, as well as running several of my own businesses over the years as hobbies or around children. Now running my own coaching business
- Specialist in confidence, identity, mindset, career transitions, and personal growth
- Founder of Ella Coaching and creator of 'The Dandelion Journey: Awaken. Bloom. Fly.' This is my signature coaching programme supporting women to find clarity, balance, and purpose
- Founder of 'The Tea & Clarity' Journaling and Coaching Club offering a space for busy women to pause and reconnect. Weekly challenges and coaching reflections by email and a monthly live session
- As well as the coaching qualification course I have undertaken numerous coaching courses, some specialising in coaching teams, coaching business owners, coaching for weight loss and coaching for career progression.
- Currently studying courses in Journal Therapy, Self-Confidence and Mindfulness Teacher.
- I have two teenage children with neurodiversities and have taken several relevant courses in Autism and ADHD. I have undiagnosed ADHD and diagnosed dyslexia.
- Previously achieved Level 5 People Management CIPD qualification, as well as attending training in Leadership in Practice, Management Essentials, Project Management, Modern Committee Administration, Train the Trainer, Role of the Security Controller, Psychology & Health Sciences, Recruitment and Selection.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Additional Fee Information:
- Free 30-minute discovery call offered
- Power Hour (60 mins): £100
- Deep Dive Session (90 mins): £140
- 10% off block bookings of 3 of the Power Hour and Deep Dive sessions, or 15% off bookings of 6 sessions.
- Breakthrough Bundle: £200 (includes Deep Dive, follow-up session + in-between support)
- The Dandelion Journey programme: £1200 (or £1400 with career support)
- Monthly journaling club: £30/month (founding member rate for life of membership of £20/month if joining by 30 June 2025)
I also offer flexible payment plans and can take credit card payments.

Coaching with me is supportive, practical and gently transformational. I’ll never push you harder than needed, but I will walk beside you as you explore what you really want from life and how to make that a reality, gently challenging you when it feels right.
Clients often say they feel calmer, more in control, and more connected to themselves after our sessions. My coaching is rooted in values like empathy, authenticity, fairness, psychological safety, and freedom of expression.
Alongside 1:1 coaching, I also run:
- Tea & Clarity - a monthly journaling and coaching club for busy women seeking space to pause and reconnect
- Career Clarity Packages - including CV reviews, LinkedIn optimisation, interview prep and job search support. A mix of coaching and mentoring
- One-off deep-dive sessions or bundles for people needing focused support

Sessions are held online via Teams or Zoom, making them accessible wherever you are in the UK (or beyond!). Face to face sessions and walking and coaching sessions are also available for those nearer (I am in Winnersh, Berkshire).
