About me
Hi, I'm Eileen and I'm a life transition coach. My mission is to help people find the courage and confidence to navigate major life changes such as moving to a new country, becoming a new parent, getting married or separated, career change and many more; all of which come with a mix of emotions.
Having personally experienced 5 major life changes in the last 5 consecutive years, I was living in fear, anger, sorrow and self-doubt. By having a great understanding of a life transition process (begin by ending!), learning how to silence my inner critics and being accountable for my own actions and outcomes, I have become a better person throughout the journey, and I’d like to inspire and help others to live their best life too through life coaching.
My vision is to make life coaching available to anyone with an ambition to realise, a goal to achieve and a desire for a happy and meaningful life. Coaching will help you gain self-awareness and clarity of your aspirations and work towards achieving them. I will hold a safe space for you to:
1) Get clarity on a desired outcome during a specific phase of your life.
2) Get unstuck when you feel uncertain about the next steps.
3) Get the necessary support and resources to help you reach your objectives.
As a coach, my personal values are respect, compassion, honesty and integrity. These principles will guide me throughout my interactions with my clients.
Originally from Malaysia, I've spent 16 years of my career across the banking, property and education industries, supporting learning, talent and development. When I'm not coaching, I'm a calligraphy enthusiast and I specialise in Copperplate calligraphy and occasionally run workshops for the community.

Coaching will be conducted online. I offer in-person coaching for people living in Berkshire and central London.
Before coaching begins, I will offer a free 40-min pre-coaching conversation with the client to introduce each other, understand their goals and get an idea if I'm the right coach for them. From this conversation, we will also gauge the number of sessions required for them.
