About us

I'm Nick Simmonds, and I launched Dynamic Coaching in 2002.

There is something very special about being able to have a truly open conversation with someone who only has your best in mind, doesn't have their own agenda, and is skilled in getting you to see solutions that were previously invisible.

I believe that every individual is creative and resourceful, and my aim is to connect you with your innate creativity and resourcefulness, in order for you to move your life forward and have the freedom, love and life you deserve.

I have coached hundreds of people from many walks of life, and I've received coaching from many different coaches over the years, as I am a huge believer in the power of coaching to support us make positive changes.

I’m regularly asked who my clients are. Of course, they are all unique individuals but there are some common traits: they are committed to change, some to change negative situations, others to create something positive. They are responsible, some know that they need to make changes personally, others need to be the catalyst for change. They love to learn and are open to discovering new ways to achieve results. They are optimistic, hopeful and determined to improve their life, their work, their health and their world.

If this sounds like you, I'll help you clarify what you want, and how you will create it. We'll identify what's in the way of the success and achievements you desire.

Some blocks are physical, some are in our thinking. We will explore your individual circumstances to discover your unique path to your future.

If you are reading this, it's highly likely that you are interested in making some changes, improving your life in some way(s) and you recognise that coaching is a possible route to take.

If you are ready to dip your toe in, I'd be happy to give you 2 sample sessions for you to evaluate whether coaching could work for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I initially trained with the Coaches Training Institute in 2002.

I trained in Business Coaching with Shirlaws 2007-2009.

I trained in Clean Language 2015 - 2017 and Achieved an ILM Level 5 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring with Clean Language.

My interest in the coaching process led me to learning about how the brain works, and I am fascinated by what is being learnt now in Neuroscience, and particular how we can apply the latest understandings to improve individual and team performance.

This has resulted in founding three different programmes:

Conscious Communication, a methodology that improves teamwork, collaboration, creativity and understanding by leveraging a new method of communicating.

Hidden Solutions, a methodology that leverages the collective brainpower of a group to discover solutions to big issues, whether they be problems or opportunities.

Work in Progress, a personal development programme that runs for 12 weeks covering key aspects of our our brain works so that you can learn about how brains work in general, and yours does specifically so that you can leverage your uniqueness to bring better results in your personal and professional lives.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
