I am a qualified, double-accredited, insured Leadership, Career & Life / Therapeutic Coach with a diverse professional history, including People Leadership, Executive and Board accountability, across sectors, industries and countries. I was a Founding Member of Escape the City, an organisation that helps people find purposeful work. As a psychotherapist-in-training, I weave a deep understanding of human behaviour into all aspects of my Coaching. 

I believe you have the agency and capacity to effect meaningful change.

I have led projects, teams, and departments for two decades and have been accountable to Boards since 2013. I am a CMI-trained Business Manager and Leader, a CIPD Member, and ILM ILM-certified Diversity and Inclusion champion. Having worked as a Portfolio Manager and COO, I have a sound understanding of the demands - finance, people, governance, ESG, and commercial - faced by organisations. I partner with individuals and organisations to:

• Navigate sector and organisational change, business expansion, contraction or diversification;
• Develop established and emerging Leaders/Executives
• Enhance teamwork, collaboration & productivity
• Support Executives/Founders to build brilliant workplaces

My style of coaching is active and informed by humanistic psychology. I trust that at some level you know what you need, and part of my role is to help you bring that to the surface, so that you can see it for yourself - and most importantly - take action /effect change.

I offer suggestions, tools, techniques or mentoring where relevant.

• I can offer observations, invite reflection, and ask questions to help you navigate blocks and move towards what is meaningful for you.

I believe multiple small steps lead to sustainable change. And that this philosophy applies as much to work as it does to our personal lives.
