About me

Hello,

I work with women who feel stuck or at a crossroads, and know there is something more or different they want to be doing - but aren’t quite sure what that is, or how to get there. I help them find what it is - and the courage and resources within to make the change with confidence.

Even when we want something to change, we can feel stuck, in a place of self-doubt, overthinking, and uncertainty about how to move forward. The way we think about ourselves and our options can have a big impact on whether we feel able to take that next step.

I support you to build clarity, strengthen your mindset, and take practical, forward-focused steps towards the direction you want to go.

In our work together, I offer a structured and supportive coaching space where you can explore your strengths, interests, and ideas. We look at what’s possible, what’s getting in the way, and how to move forward in a way you feel confident and aligned.

While my coaching begins with reflection and exploration, it is always focused on forward movement - helping you create clarity, take action towards the changes you want to make.

I look forward to supporting you.

Training, qualifications & experience

Mentoring, coaching and supporting women to become their 'best and authentic selves' has been a core part of my career over the past thirty years.

Helping others find their true passion, talents and interests drew me towards formal professional development in Executive Coaching (ICF certified with ILM Coaching & Mentoring, Level 7).  My coaching approach is grounded in empathy, compassion and non-judgement, and is guided by the Ethical framework of the International Coaching Federation.

I draw on both my own experience of navigating significant career changes, as well as my extensive background working in the humanitarian sector, supporting individuals in a range of complex and culturally diverse environments. This has given me an appreciation of resilience, transition, and the many factors that can influence how we see ourselves and how we move forward in life.
