I’m Dan, a certified NLP Coach with over 30 years’ experience in sales and business development, and more than 20 years leading teams and growing businesses.
Alongside my commercial career, I’ve also spent years involved in motorsport environments, working with high-performing teams where precision, focus, communication, and execution are critical. That experience has given me a deep appreciation of what true high performance looks like, how mindset, behaviour, and consistency directly impact results under pressure.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve taken from my time in the sports industry is that elite athletes don’t rely on talent alone; they have coaches as part of their support and development team. So why should business or life be any different?
I’ve led sales teams, developed new business strategies, and taken a 50+ employee business from loss to 18% EBITDA in five years. More importantly, I’ve seen how easy it is to become immersed in the day-to-day, focused on tasks, firefighting, and immediate demands, while missing opportunities that could drive real growth. Coaching provides an objective, external perspective to challenge your thinking, cut through the noise, and refocus your time, energy, and effort on what will make the biggest difference to performance and results.
