About me
I’m Consuelo, a certified somatic coach and founder of House of Somatics. I support you in coming home to your body, rediscovering clarity, calm, and inner trust.
My work is rooted in over 8 years of experience in the wellbeing space, combined with my own lived journey of navigating stress, transitions, and the quiet pull to reconnect with something deeper.
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or at a turning point in life, work, or within themselves. Others simply sense that there is more available to them: more ease, more alignment, more truth.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded. I won’t give you answers to follow, but I will guide you back to your own inner knowing through the wisdom of your body.
Somatic Coaching
Somatic Coaching is a body-led approach to personal growth and emotional healing. Together, we move beyond the thinking mind and into the felt experience of the body where patterns, emotions, and deeper truths live.
Through breath, movement, and mindful awareness, we explore:
- Where energy feels held or stuck
- Where patterns are ready to shift
- Where more space, clarity, and ease can emerge
This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering your wholeness.
I offer private Somatic Coaching sessions in London and online.
You can work with me through single 60min sessions or ongoing containers (3, 9, or 12 sessions), depending on the level of support you’re seeking.

3 sessions @ £240 (£80 per session) / 9 sessions @ £702 (£78 per session) / 12 sessions @ £912 (£76 per session)
Sessions are 1 hour in duration and can be done in-person or online. Payment plans are available.
