About me
Do you sometimes feel too much and other times not enough?
Do you feel you bend for other people but sometimes lose yourself, and want to have better boundaries?
Do you want to live with more intention but feel overwhelmed by noise and distractions?
I'm a dual-trained ADHD therapeutic coach and I work with people who want to understand themselves better, challenge their inner critic and lean more into their strengths.
I'm an EMCC Senior Coach (Accred) and a qualified counsellor (MBACP). As a dual-qualified practitioner I work at psychological depth to support change and growth.
I work with people who want to build their confidence and trust in themselves so they can feel good again at work, home and in relationships.
I'm warm, patient and compassionate. My coaching is collaborative and I'm committed to getting to know and understand how you like to work, and ensure my sessions are tailored to you.
I'm late diagnosed ADHD and my recent journey through the diagnosis process has informed and inspired my work as an ADHD coach and therapist.
Testimonials:
"How would I describe the outcome of my coaching sessions? Significant, and life changing. I am so glad I have invested the time and sought out professional help. I would say I have a lot of great people in my life who I would feel comfortable to talk about things with, but professional help is next level."
Coachee testimonial
"What has really helped is having Clio’s compassionate and non-judgemental approach, the ability to use the session as counselling support as well when needed, flexibility of approach, learning and developing self-compassion tools and being supported to practice acceptance.
Things have significantly improved for me from my first session with Clio and I feel more in control than at the mercy of life’s storms!"

Further information
I am an ADHD Coach.
I am a therapeutic coach, working with people going through challenging transitions in life, such as divorce and parenthood.
I work with burnout, particularly those operating in challenging systems that don't allow much space for them, whether that's in caring roles, the health system, the criminal justice system or the education system.
I have my own therapy room in Central Exeter, Barnfield Crescent.
I offer in person and online sessions and can be flexible to offer both.
