Hello, I'm Clara and I help busy senior professionals with navigating a pathway to promotion. I have over 15 years of corporate experience where I have built teams and developed a multitude of talented individuals to help them realise their potential.

I received leadership coaching when I was in a leadership role and I experienced first-hand the power of coaching. With the right coach for you, coaching can be incredibly powerful. I will work with you to uncover what might be stopping you from achieving your goals and we focus on creating action-oriented goals that align with you.

I also work with those who have recently been promoted but feel overwhelmed by their new position, perhaps Imposter Syndrome has set in and they need support in transitioning into their new role.

In your initial coaching session with me, we get started with goal-setting. Together, we will identify the areas in your professional life that require immediate attention, strategise on long-term aspirations, and outline the initial steps needed to chart a course towards success.

Our goal is to emerge from this first session with a clear, actionable plan that resonates with your professional values and ambitions.
