Hi, I’m Claire, a Personal Performance Life Coach specialising in health, fitness, and wellbeing. My mission is to help you create a life that feels energising, meaningful, and truly aligned with who you are.
Coaching with me is a supportive, collaborative process where you are at the centre. Whether you already have a clear goal or feel unsure about your next steps, I will help you gain clarity, build confidence, and create a realistic, actionable plan to move forward. Together, we’ll break things down into manageable steps, working at a pace that feels right for you.
This journey is about more than just achieving goals - it’s about self-discovery, building resilience, and developing lasting habits that support your long-term wellbeing. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, challenge limiting beliefs, and unlock your potential.
I offer flexible coaching options to suit your lifestyle, including:
- Face-to-face sessions (either at my home office or in the Nantwich area at a location of your choice).
- Online sessions via Zoom, allowing you to access coaching from the comfort of your home.
- Group sessions focused on similar goals and aspirations
- Group sessions for midlife women, focused on health, wellbeing, and navigating the challenges of this stage of life in a supportive environment. I have a particular passion for supporting women through midlife transitions, as well as helping clients improve their health, fitness, and overall quality of life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified Personal Performance Life Coach, having trained with The Coaching Academy- one of the UK’s leading coach training organisations.
My certifications are recognised by respected professional bodies, including:
- ICF (International Coaching Federation)
- ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management)
- CPD (Continuing Professional Development)
- ANLP (Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming)
In addition to my coaching qualifications, I bring a strong and diverse foundation in health and wellbeing. I am a Professional Freelance Fitness Instructor with a Level 2 Group Exercise to Music qualification, and I am also a qualified Zumba and Metafit (High Intensity Interval Training) instructor. My continued professional development includes CPD training in Supple Strength, supporting mobility, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Alongside this, I hold a Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Nutrition, further strengthening my ability to support clients in creating sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes. This combination allows me to support clients holistically - bridging mindset, behaviour change, and physical wellbeing, and helping them build habits that are both realistic and lasting.
Alongside my professional background, I bring rich life experience as a mother of four and grandmother of three. This gives me a deep understanding of the real-life challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that many of my clients face, particularly during midlife.
