Hi, I'm Claire. I'm an experienced and professional Wellbeing & Mindset Coach.
A lot of people seek support because they feel stuck. They have tried ‘everything’ they can think of and still struggle to feel happy and content. This is where I come in. I am an expert in supporting people and helping facilitate change.
As a Wellbeing & Mindset Coach, I will help you reflect on your mental and physical health in relation to your goals and how these may be contributing to or hindering your progress. In my experience, you can be the most skilled, most qualified person in the world but if you have a negative mindset, you may feel limited as you struggle to take new opportunities and push yourself forwards. I will help to challenge your thinking and help you to develop a more empowering mindset. I specialise in supporting people with anxiety and low self-esteem.

Timeline Therapy (TLT)
TLT provides one of the most powerful processes and techniques for personal change and growth, by facilitating the elimination of the painful emotions attached to memories or events in the past. The negative emotions that are focussed on are: anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt. TLT also enables you to clear limiting beliefs that can leave you stuck in the past and stop you from creating what you want in your life. TLT helps you to reframe past negative events and focus on what we can learn from them and to use this as a resource for the future.
Mindset Mastery Morning
An intensive morning of change using a combination of Time Line Therapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) strategies and hypnosis, designed to get to the unconscious root of the problem, to help get rid of it once and for all.
They are perfect for:
- people with fears and phobias that are limiting their life and work
- people with anxiety, particularly around situations such as delivering a presentation at work, performance anxiety, driving tests, exams, pregnancy.

Initial consultations last around 60 minutes and cost £50. These are for you to tell me in more depth what you are hoping to get out of the process and we can discuss which support package would be most suited to what you need.
I offer individual pay as you go sessions, packages which will save some money and one off support options including my VIP Personal Breakthrough Day Experiences, Mindset Mastery Mornings and Time Line Therapy.
As the support is bespoke and carefully tailored to your needs, the coaching package, duration of support and fees may vary depending on what support you need to make a change.
