About me

Do you sometimes just want to press the reset button? Coaching can help improve every area of your life.

Coaching with me provides you with a non-judgemental space to get to know your strengths, passion, values, and beliefs. The process of coaching is empowering and supportive, providing you with the space to grow in confidence and find clarity in your personal and professional goals.

I am intrigued by people and how we function. With my Positive Psychology knowledge, I provide a platform to help people realise their full potential from a position of strength.

I work with an array of creative and professional tools and techniques, tailored to each client. For me, one size doesn’t fit all. I am committed to helping my clients get the most from our time together.

I help my clients by providing them with the knowledge and confidence to enable them to coach themselves. Helping people workout what works for them, what great resources they already have and how these can be maximised during our journey together and beyond.

Key details

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
