About me
I am a certified Positive Psychology Coach, offering personalised one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and group coaching for individuals, entrepreneurs, and organisations.
I have a degree in Psychology, an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching, and a Diploma in NLP Coaching. As well as coaching, I am the co-founder of a well-being consultancy organisation and a technology start-up. Before coaching I spent over ten years in a corporate career, working in finance and insurance.
Most importantly, I have been where you are and have embarked upon the coaching and self-discovery journey and have emerged with a richer, more rewarding approach to life with all its challenges and adventures.
My mission is to help people connect to what they want and give them the strategies to stay motivated to achieve their goals. I aim to help them reshape the way that they think about progress and success, giving them the strategies and tools to transform their life.
The proven strategies and tools work whether you are an entrepreneur wanting to start or grow your own business, or an individual wanting to upgrade their life, lose weight, reduce stress, or earn more money.

Sessions (60-minutes): £75. I am also contactable via email between sessions.
I typically work with clients for 5 to 8 sessions.
