About me
Have you noticed that our experiences determine what we think about ourselves? How those thoughts influence how we show up in the workplace? How those thoughts can stand in the way of success?
I support professionals to re-establish their sense of self, define success in their own words and wholeheartedly demonstrate their authenticity to achieve that success. My work for the past 8 years has been supporting doctors, dentists and pharmacists within the NHS to navigate their working lives and their careers to manage burnout.
Client-centred, I use a 3-phase model of therapeutic coaching and tools such as
- Emotional Freedom Technique
- TF-CBT (for PTSD and Complex PTSD)
- Pranayama and Mindfulness
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Socratic Questioning
- Egan's Skilled Helper
I am a business coach by background, with more than 25 years of experience across a variety of industries and disciplines, both private (internationally) and public sectors. Focusing on change management and transformation at executive level I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with, learn from and lead some incredible people and teams to success.
With 30 years of Yoga experience, a little over 10 years ago I trained as a teacher within the Gitananda tradition of South India. I have a strong affiliation with the Om Studio Cardiff and ICYER at Ananda Ashram Pondicherry and the Indian Yoga Association.
My coaching practice moved more holistically and for the last 5+ years, I have worked within the NHS, supporting Doctors, Dentists and Pharmacists to achieve life and career goals. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and feel safe to self-advocate and set boundaries through the coaching work we’ve done together. Masking becomes a choice rather than a habit, shut-downs become less frequent and energy is used more effectively.
With longstanding coaching experience, I am recognised by the Association for Coaching (with whom I am affiliated) as an AC Fellow. I’ll work with you, using my experience of coaching and developing some amazing and inspiring individuals, to understand your aspirations, build a personalised goal-focused plan and support you in achieving your objectives.

Additional information
The services I provide are coaching or online-coaching as designed jointly with you. Coaching may address specific personal issues that you bring up. Coaching sessions include values clarification, education, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests.
Once we've met online for the initial 20-minute consultation, the dates and times of our sessions will be mutually agreed. We agree to be diligent and to be punctual for our meetings so that we can make the most of our time together. We will do our best not to cancel or reschedule out of respect for each other’s schedules, but if we do have to reschedule, we will give each other a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
It is usual for us to meet for 6 sessions (after the initial 20-minute consultation) but we might discuss and agree on something different.
