Coaching and Mentoring Services: A Welcoming, Supportive Partnership
Let’s Grow Together—Personal and Professional Confidence
My coaching services are all about working together, in-person or online, to create a supportive space that develops confidence and helps you thrive. Each coaching journey is built around what matters most to you. Whether you want to work through specific challenges, clarify your values, or develop strategies for long-term growth, we’ll design your path side by side.
Our sessions will be interactive and relaxed. We might spend time exploring your values, learning new concepts, building action plans, looking at the ways you approach daily life, and asking meaningful questions that build confidence and spark new perspectives. My role is to encourage you, offer guidance, and help you feel confident and empowered to make decisions that feel right for you.
To get started, we’ll meet for a free, no-pressure 20-minute consultation online. After that, we’ll find dates and times for our sessions that fit both our schedules. I know life can be busy, so I ask that we both do our best to be punctual and keep our appointments. If something comes up and we need to reschedule, we’ll give each other at least 48 hours’ notice—because your time is valuable, and so is mine.
Usually, we’ll meet for six sessions after the introductory consultation. For trauma-related support, this might be up to twenty sessions so that we have opportunity to work together on stabilisation. But nothing is set in stone. If you feel you need more or fewer sessions, just let me know—we’ll work out what works best together. My focus is on making sure you feel comfortable, heard, and supported every step of the way, so you can move forward with greater confidence and ease.
