About me
I am passionate about helping people get to where they are going - physically, emotionally or mentally.
I have been supporting my family and friends for years as a Coach, without even realising I was doing it! I trained up with ICF and can now support anyone who wants to change the way they think.
My most common feedback is that I can shed light on so many other perspectives about a single scenario. If you are looking to shift your mindset, change your perspective and make changes to the way you think then I am here to support transforming your life.
I am currently training in NLP and close to completing my qualification so I can better support changing my clients thought patterns, leading to changing their lives.
The experience and skills that you gain from Coaching has the ability to change your whole life, because once you learn something, you can't unlearn it.
