About me
I’m Charlotte, a neurodivergent trauma-informed Life and Career Coach and founder of EmpoweringSelf Coaching. I work with thoughtful, capable and self-aware individuals who may feel stuck, disconnected or misaligned in their lives, work or relationships.
My approach is calm, client-led and ethically grounded. I support clients in building clarity, confidence and emotional resilience through reflective coaching, practical tools and compassionate challenge. Coaching with me is not about being “fixed” or told what to do. It’s about reconnecting with your own inner authority and making intentional choices that align with who you are and how you want to move forward.
I work with people from a range of backgrounds and lived experiences, including ethnic minority and neurodivergent individuals and professionals. I’m particularly attuned to the ways identity, lived experience and unconscious bias can shape confidence, communication and self-trust.
My practice is reflective, inclusive and grounded in creating a psychologically safe space where people feel supported without judgement.
Alongside my coaching practice, I have a professional background in higher education administration, safeguarding and organisational support, which informs my grounded and structured approach. I am an EMCC UK Affiliate Member and my work is guided by recognised ethical frameworks, reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
I support clients through life, career, leadership and personal transitions, offering a supportive and psychologically safe space where insight can lead to meaningful and sustainable change.
