About me
I have worked with clients on their transition back into the workplace after maternity leave, career frustration, workplace bullying, mid-late-life "crises" / what next?
I have also worked with autistic women, women with ADHD, empaths and highly sensitive women and girls. Self-confidence, self-esteem and imposter syndrome are often part of our coaching journeys.
For girls, I have worked closely with Yr 7s on transition and secondary/senior school girls on friendships, bullying concerns and occasionally, adapting to boarding school or international moves.
Regardless of your reason for showing up today, my mission is to empower you (or your daughter) to thrive in a world that may not always understand you.
My coaching sessions focus on fostering optimism, building resilience, and cultivating a mindset that promotes personal growth and well-being. No two women are alike, and neither are their journeys. I work closely with you to create a personalised coaching plan that aligns with your goals and aspirations, ensuring your progress is meaningful and sustainable.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have an MSc (Merit) in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. I am also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and The British Psychological Society. I combine my coaching with teaching and consultancy projects. Prior to embarking on my Master's degree, I had an international career spanning over two decades in Media, not-for-profit and Education. I speak fluent Portuguese and good French and have lived and worked across the Continent of Europe for much of my life. I have worked for and collaborated with illustrious pan-European organisations such as UEFA, the European Commission, the European Union Youth Orchestra & The British Council.
I am a Lead Trainer for the National Autism Trainer Programme run by AT-Autism and Anna Freud (Anna Freud is a world-leading mental health charity for children and families). I also work for the Centre for Research in Autism and Education at University College London. I have coached and mentored many women and teenage girls over the years, and while my special interest is autism, I am also very enthusiastic about career coaching for women.
I use my experience, research, and understanding of positive psychology to support clients for short periods of concentrated, goal-oriented psychology coaching.

Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.

I keep my fees deliberately affordable for my clients.
I am very consciously underselling myself because I know how it feels to struggle to get support for your mental health, especially when finances are prohibitive.
What I do say to all my clients is that I operate a scale in accordance with income, and if you wish to pay another scale voluntarily, then this is indeed welcome.
I also offer packages of 6 - 10 sessions with a small discount applied.
I take on 5 pro bono clients each year.
