About me
Most of the people who land in my inbox have already tried everything: therapy, productivity apps, five different planners, sometimes medication too. They’re not short on coping strategies. What they haven’t had is someone get underneath the story they’ve been telling themselves about why they’re “still like this.”
That’s the work I do. I’m an accredited coach with 15+ years across SEN education and clinical settings, and I have AUDHD myself, so I’m not coaching from a textbook. I’ve lived the burnout cycles, the shame spirals, and the “why can’t I just…” conversations I now help other people out of.
My coaching is shame-informed and grounded in neuroscience, not productivity hacks. Before we touch strategy, we go looking for what’s actually running the show: old beliefs, nervous system patterns, and the four hidden experiences that tend to come with ADHD: identity confusion, inconsistent capacity, emotional intensity, and eroded self-trust. I combine belief work, somatic and nervous system approaches, and straightforward coaching conversation, built around your specific life rather than a fixed curriculum.
Most 1:1 clients start with a paid Audit Call, so we can both check the fit before committing to anything longer, then move into my 10-week Transformation Programme: structured, but personalised session by session, because what works for one of our brains rarely works for the next.
What to expect:
Progress here isn’t usually one grand transformation on day one. It’s the small pattern interrupts that compound: catching an automatic thought before it spirals, sleeping properly for the first time in years, hearing your own voice over the inner critic’s.
Carly, Surrey, came to me after years of CBT that never touched her subconscious conditioning. She describes the ten weeks as “the most intense but beautiful therapy,” progress fast enough that she says she’s still “catching up” with herself.
Laura, Surrey, was three sessions in when she told me she’d “achieved more than I thought I would.”
Harriet joined after her son’s ADHD diagnosis led to her own; she started with sleep and supplements and ended up rebuilding how she communicates with her husband.
Peter, Peak District, puts it simply: “Not strategies that work. Strategies that work for me.”
If you’ve done the reading, tried the apps, and are still waiting for something to actually stick, an Audit Call is where we start. I can't wait to go on this journey with you.
