My Journey
After a decade in the corporate world at companies like Intel and Walmart/ASDA, I found myself at a crossroads. The work was intellectually challenging, but something felt missing. I discovered my true energy came from helping others unlock their potential.

The corporate world often seemed designed for a different kind of thinker. Everything shifted when I supported C-suite leaders on strategic initiatives and mentored creative teams. My ability to see the big picture, ask fearless questions, and challenge conventional thinking wasn't just accepted – it was celebrated.

In these moments, I discovered my superpower: creating clarity from chaos and helping others utilize their own strengths to achieve what they truly wanted. Today, I combine my strategic mindset with a deep understanding of how different brains work to help you gain clarity, direction, and confidence.

My Approach
I work with you as the person at the centre - addressing mindset, leadership, and business challenges seamlessly rather than treating them as separate issues. My coaching combines practical business strategy with deep understanding of how your brain actually works.

As a certified executive coach and accredited ADHD coach with over 700 sessions under my belt, I'm passionate about helping you realise your full potential and overcome the obstacles so you can succeed in your business and career - all on your terms, not anyone else's.

Career Coaching: 1:1 over 3-12 months

This is for you if you want to change careers, develop your skills or build on your current position. We partner together 1:1 to help you get clarity on what you want, create a plan of how to get there and keep you accountable to stay on track. We will get it all out of your head and create a career development plan that works by working out each action every step of the way. 

• 1 x 90 min Deep Dive intro session
• 3 x 60 min coaching sessions either face to face or virtually
• Accountability between calls
• Coaching is focused on career

Business Coaching: 1:1 over 3-12 months
