I’m Chris, an accredited and experienced leadership coach and business advisor. I’ve worked closely with executives and professionals in the commercial and corporate sectors for over 15 years, helping them achieve their career, development, and business goals.

Before I became a coach and business advisor full-time, I spent years exploring different career options and business ideas – freelance, part-time, 40 hours a week – you name it.

In fact, I spent over a decade working with some of the biggest names in commercial and corporate world – Intel, Equifax, Walmart/ASDA, and more. I helped these businesses build strategies, solve problems, and I advised executives one-on-one on how to plan and grow their business or business unit.

But something was missing. I began to realise that I felt most fulfilled, energised, and inspired when helping others. With a 30 year career ahead of me, perhaps there was another way? 

After completing a coaching course to help with my job, I discovered a new route forward. I decided to take the leap into coaching!

Of course, doing so took a lot of nerve – but it was worth it!

It was a calculated risk – and took a lot of planning! However, I’m living proof that embracing the unknown is well worth the time and effort.

I want to use my experience to help you find meaning in your career – to re-energise yourself and your business with tools and techniques that really work in practice.

Since the pandemic, I’ve run my own coaching business and continued to work with ambitious  senior executives, career risers, and business owners, helping them see the bigger picture and make more confident, better-informed decisions.

I have the privilege of insight into some of the biggest challenges facing start-ups, SMEs, and industry professionals. I use this experience to build unique coaching and mentoring for anyone who needs my help!

This is for you if you want to change careers, develop your skills or build on your current position. We partner together 1:1 to help you get clarity on what you want, create a plan of how to get there and keep you accountable to stay on track. We will get it all out of your head and create a career development plan that works by working out each action every step of the way. 

• 1 x 90 min Deep Dive intro session
• 3 x 60 min coaching sessions either face to face or virtually
• Accountability between calls
• Coaching is focused on career

Business Coaching: 1:1 over 3-12 months
