About me
You've read the books, watched the videos, and tried all the generic advice. But this support is different. It’s designed specifically around your ADHD brain, with tools and strategies that actually work in practice.
About Me
I'm a specialist ADHD coach based in Leeds. People I work with describe me as calm, supportive, and genuinely curious with a refreshingly direct straight-talking style. Someone they can think out loud with, who listens with intent and understands what you're going through. With 5 years of coaching experience, I bring the support, challenge, and tools, helping clients understand their ADHD, leverage their strengths, and work out the tools and strategies to work with their brain, rather than against it.
I’ll help you work out how you're uniquely wired, making sense of your thinking patterns, how you communicate, and what showing up authentically really means. Many client works with me to navigate the challenges the corporate and business worlds bring: building confidence in their leadership, getting to their next career step, understanding their strengths, or finding better work-life balance, all framed through an ADHD lens. I help them stand out, not fit in, showing up authentically as they are, not who they think they should be.
My Approach
My style is direct and supportive, honest and calm, with lots of space for you to think. I've got a knack for asking the right question that gets to the heart of what's going on. No corporate jargon or coachy fluff.
I take a blended approach that mixes coaching and mentoring with a bit of advice thrown in - because sometimes, a little supportive direction helps too. I bring 12 years of corporate strategy experience and over 1,200 hours of coaching to every session, sharing practical tools, frameworks, and the accountability needed to make changes stick.
Areas we might work on to support you with your ADHD:

It's a structured and supportive space where you can work out how to work with your ADHD and build tangible strategies and tools to thrive.
Who I Work With And Where We Might Focus:
With ADHD at the centre, diagnosed or not, here’s how we might work together:
- Leadership Coaching for ADHDers or their managers: Understand how to develop your authentic style by leveraging ADHD with intention or, learn how to get the best out of your neurodivergent team members.
- Business Coaching for ADHD founders & owners: The tools, support and accountability designed around how you think. No generic advice, tailored around you and the goals you have for your business.
- ADHD Career Coaching: Build a sustainable career where you can show up authentically, making empowered decisions that harness your ADHD as a capability in a world designed for the 'normal' brain.

And if you got this far, here is a little bit about me! I spent 12 years in the corporate world at companies like Intel, Equifax, and Walmart - but found that environment wasn't built for people who think differently. So I retrained as a coach, and since 2022 I've been running my own coaching, mentoring and advisory business.
Outside of work, you'll find me running along the Leeds Liverpool Canal, in the garden, or chipping away at the never-ending renovation on my house.

Testimonials
"I'm new to coaching and before meeting Chris I was skeptical about the value it could offer. How wrong I was! Working with Chris has been the single most important step I've taken this year in developing my skills and confidence as a new business owner.
Knowing that I have Chris there to guide, challenge and support me is invaluable. Working with him gives me the confidence that I'm looking after my own development as well as looking after the business in the best way possible. His ability to challenge and guide me with the right balance is the measure of a brilliant coach." – Managing Director, BCAUSAM.
“Chris is an outstanding coach. He has a great way of working things out and explaining to me what he means in a simple and meaningful way. He sees things in me I don't see and have never thought about. I like the way he can make me think about things in a new light or new way." – Developer, Redsift
“Chris has been a serious source of support in reigniting my passion for my business, following a period of significant stagnancy, sparked by a maternity leave and global pandemic. His approach is refreshingly direct and he is able to translate my meandering thoughts to get to the heart of what I am wanting to achieve. His expertise shines through in all aspects of his coaching, from challenging me to think more clearly and stretching my ambitions to get to my ‘why’. I would highly recommend working with Chris if you want to gain clarity, confidence and motivation towards your business goals!” – Managing Director, Inner Circles
