About me

Having coached individual clients for many years, I have supported and challenged people from diverse backgrounds and ages who require high-quality coaching to make meaningful changes in their lives and achieve significant goals. Clients overcome obstacles, discover their direction, and experience transformational changes through their commitment to coaching sessions with me. I am a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with 40 years' experience as a professional psychologist working in higher education, and practising as a coach and coaching psychologist for individuals and organisations since 2011. I currently provide personal or professional coaching, coaching supervision and coaching workshops using my expertise in Positive Psychology, Cognitive-Behavioural and Person-Centred approaches, along with personality, mindfulness, eco-therapy and systemic methods.

Life Coaching Packages 

Coping Package - Stress Management Coaching for Mental Health During Difficult Times. This package is designed for anyone experiencing a very challenging period or facing current life stressors that make it hard to cope. It aims to support individuals' mental health and wellbeing throughout tough times. It’s important that all three sessions are completed within a six-week period, as the coaching's purpose is to help you manage during this difficult phase. If you believe you are eligible, please book a 30-minute discovery or introductory call to discuss your needs. (This package includes three 1-hour online stress management coaching sessions over six weeks, plus a 20-minute check-in/follow-up call — £200)

Work Transition Package – Coaching to develop your career and business as you experience a significant transition in your professional life. Whether you are semi-retiring, expanding your side hustle into your main income, or facing redundancy, this package is suitable for you. (It includes a 30-minute discovery call, a 2-hour session to identify your challenges and coaching goals, followed by four 1-hour sessions — £560)

Deep Dive Package – Using psychological methods and techniques to build a strong sense of your identity, purpose, and future direction to support growth and life transformation. After a 30-minute discovery call, the package comprises five stages:

1.        A 90-minute session to create a holistic overview of you and identify areas of hope, strength, motivation, tension and resistance;

2.        Two 1-hour sessions exploring those areas through positive psychology and other psychological approaches, including embodied and systemic coaching;

3.        A 1-hour creativity session using creative and/or nature-based coaching methods to view those areas from different perspectives;

4.        An hour to design your future and foster your hope for your current and future self;

5.        The final session to outline steps for gaining momentum towards your future goals.
