My coaching style is supportive, thought-provoking and down-to-earth. I promise you a safe space to talk and think and will encourage you to explore things from different angles so you can see your options clearly.

Using transformational coaching techniques and discovery exercises I can help you to understand your unique patterns of thinking, see things from different perspectives and discover your values and beliefs. Together we can identify where change is needed and what works best for you. This will allow you to focus on the solutions not the problem so you can move you towards a more fulfilling and enjoyable career.

Coaching with me is personalised to you and focuses on you as a whole person because we are more than what we do for work. I think it is important to have some fun through our coaching sessions, to bounce ideas, experiment and reflect as you learn more about yourself, find your confidence and discover your own way forward.
