About me
I bring an integrative approach to my work as a coach blending elements of mental and physical wellbeing. It is increasingly recognised across all areas of health that the mind and body require equal respect and consideration in healing and optimal living.
A first session might start with a look at the clients lifestyle, their daily routines, habits, what is missing, what is working. This can set a container of wellbeing within which we work on identifying your blocks and barriers and work together to identify coping mechanisms and useful change to allow you to optimise your life experience.
I will develop a safe, non-judgemental, compassionate and trusting environment for you to explore. Some things that arise will be expected, some maybe not. The sessions will allow you to develop self-awareness and self-compassion that will become lifelong tools. We will look at where you are now and where you want to be.

I combine a coaching qualitification with 25+ years of working in tech, education and the arts with a foundation in psychotherapy and counselling, a teaching qualification and 12 years of mentoring creatives. Integrative coaching and therapy involves a blend of mind and body, they are mutually supportive. Combining a therapeutic approach with lived experience, I blend elements of psychotherapy, transformative learning, psychology and wellbeing.
Working in the private, voluntary and public sectors I help others to navigate blocks and barriers but have a particular interest in helping people manage overwhelm, avoid burnout and develop their confidence and resilience, enabling them to meet their full potential.
