About me
I help neurodivergents and chronically ill people to conquer stress, burn out, overwhelm and disorganisation so that they can regain control of their lives. Harnessing the power of nature, I nurture clients back to thriving!
As a neurodivergent, I fully understand and believe in working with both the mind and body, the importance of pacing and the huge benefits of regularly connecting with nature. I’ve seen the immense advantages of working this way when helping ADHD, AuDHD, autistic, dyslexic, dyspraxic, HSP and chronically ill clients to take more control of their life and when dealing with overwhelm, decision-making, procrastination, burnout, stress and being stuck. I support those with chronic fatigue and chronic pain to have a better quality of life. I’m also LGBTQIA+ and coach folks whose struggles with their identity are affecting their health, energy levels and zest for life!
I am passionate about nature, life-long learning and the arts. Nature has been a big part of my own journey, from coping with chronic illnesses, managing my neurodivergent brain, and navigating burnout to now thriving with long-term coping strategies!

Reviews:
"I worked with Bex on decluttering and organising my home with a 6-month package, and the difference it has made is unbelievable! I started out completely overwhelmed with clutter and unsure how to manage my space, often burying my head in the sand because I just didn’t know how/where to start. Over the course of those 6 months, we explored why I was keeping hold of certain items as well as barriers that were stopping me from decluttering and organising. Bex helped me to overcome those barriers, and actually start making changes in small, bite-size, yet impactful ways. By the end of the course, I’d managed to clear out around 30% of things I owned, and had clear organisation tactics in place. We also went through a routine to help me keep on top of it all. 2 months after my package ended, my home is still organised and it finally feels like a space I can be proud of. I feel so much more relaxed and in control of my home, which makes everything else feel so much easier, too!"

“Bex is a skilled and insightful life coach. Bex used a combination of open questioning and values-based exercises which helped me clarify where I was at and what I wanted to work on, leading me to make positive changes I wanted to make in my career that would otherwise have taken me much longer or not happened at all! Even after 2 sessions, I was left with clarity of thought and purpose that benefited my life and gave me confidence.”
