About me

I work with individuals who are on a journey of self-discovery.

I help my clients get clarity and play a bigger game: In LIFE, WORK and CAREER.

Clients come to me to improving particular areas of their lives, becoming more confident and empowered. They often come to me in a state of complete stuckness and turmoil but the work unfolds and they move forward.

I also offer career change programmes and career coaching.

I often attract clients with blocked energy that has them stuck and coaching becomes a space for healing and processing until they are ready to move forward.

I also work with organisations, often middle management although I do have experience at a senior level. I work 1:1 empowering and supporting people in their roles, with projects and if they're going through transition in the work place.

Client results include (just a few examples as there are far too many to list):

  • Identifying a new career path and make the change
  • Improved work performance
  • Successfully secured dream role and package
  • Improved mindset and confidence - removing blocks
  • Healing deep emotional blockages enabling clients to move forwards with lightness and renewed motivation
  • Kicking procrastination to the curb, taking action and achieving goals
  • Spiritual alignment and internal integration of different selves

Client quotes:

"We've completed more in the last month than we have in the last 6" - Country Director leading a larger scale project

"If you want to see yourself grow, transform and reach your potential inside and outside the workplace then I can highly recommend Beverley in helping you achieve this." - IT Project Manager

"Bev's style was gentle yet firm, which worked well for me. She helped me reflect and change my approach, which made the first few months a lot easier. She was brilliant." - Head of People and Culture

"I no longer feel divided inside, I'm poised and achieving the milestones I set myself. It's like there were these big fish swimming under the surface in my mind and you helped me bring them to the surface and make sense of it all" - International Leader
