About me
My role is simple: to support you in achieving your goals and ambitions.
I can offer 1-2-1 video sessions, appointments in person, or walking coaching. Whichever you choose, I offer a safe, confidential space to invest in yourself, where you will be supported every step of the way.
Whatever challenges or goals you bring to our sessions, we will work in partnership to find a way forward, working with your ADHD, rather than against it, working on your future, while learning from your past.
As a mental health and well-being coach with ADHD, I guarantee you warm, light-hearted sessions where you’ll always feel understood.
If you are in employment, costs can often be covered by the Access to Work programme and I can support you in applying. We can explore this over the phone, so let’s set up a free 30 minute discovery call.
Think Differently is a social enterprise founded by myself, Ben Cook, following my own personal experiences trying to access support for adult ADHD.
I am a certified ADHD coach, ICF accredited mental health and well-being coach, Time to Change Wales Champion and passionately believe everyone deserves the right to live to their potential.
I have built a wider team of trusted advisors, which includes doctors, therapists, counsellors, ADHD specialists, mental health and well-being professionals.
If we can’t help, we’ll direct you to someone who can. This will be someone we have approved, knowing you’ll be in safe hands.

Additional information
I believe support for ADHD, mental health and well-being coaching should be both accessible and affordable, so this is reflected in my pricing. Standard rates for ADHD coaching are £100/week when signed up to a 12/20 week or ongoing programme. Monthly 1 hour or 2 x 30 minute calls are priced at £120 per month. I can help clients apply for Access to Work funding, often covering full coaching costs.
