Personal and Executive Coaching for Personal and Professional Change
Hi! I’m Belinda Joseph-Pirame. I'm deeply passionate about empowering people to live more happily in both their personal and professional lives.
With 25 years of experience, (including 12 years in leadership) I am a fully qualified EMCC-accredited Executive Coach, UKCP-registered Psychotherapist and BACP-registered Psychotherapist. I also serve the BACP, leading registering body for psychotherapists and coaches in the UK, as Deputy Chair of the Coaching Division Executive Committee.
What makes my coaching approach unique is that I specialise in coaching that blends the forward-focused and results-driven structure of traditional coaching with the restorative and reflective elements of psychotherapy. This type of transformational coaching helps people to create lasting change by looking more closely at the underlying beliefs, patterns, experiences and circumstances that may be causing problems and affecting mental health, wellbeing, confidence or even work performance.
Together, we can identify patterns that may be holding you back, pinpoint and build on your strengths and develop practical ways to manage pressure, navigate change, strengthen relationships and improve your overall wellbeing.
My aim is it is to provide a safe and non-judgemental space to help you to better understand yourself, recognise your strengths, make informed choices and develop ways of living (and working) that are healthier, more sustainable and aligned with your values.

Member organisations
EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe. EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.

Additional information
Personal Coaching £175 per session. Executive Coaching £250 per session. Coaching packages are in 12 session blocks at a rate of twice per month for 6 months. Payments are made in full upfront by bank transfer.
