Hi, I’m Becca — a Holistic Health & Lifestyle Coach supporting women living with stress, anxiety, and chronic conditions like fibromyalgia to feel calm, energised, and like themselves again.
My work is deeply personal, because it began with my own lived experience.
I’ve lived with fibromyalgia and anxiety since my teens. Fibromyalgia was triggered by a horse-riding accident, and anxiety was layered in through years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, and later discovering I had undiagnosed dyslexia and ADHD. I know firsthand how exhausting, isolating and frustrating it can feel — especially when you’re told to “just manage it” or offered solutions that only scratch the surface.
For years, I searched for answers. I tried to push through flare-ups, pain, and the mental weight that came with it, but I often felt disconnected from my body and unsure how to truly support myself.
My turning point came in an unexpected way — through my young horse.
Supporting his wellbeing introduced me to aromatherapy and the profound impact plants and natural botanicals can have on the nervous system. I experienced how these tools could soothe, rebalance and restore — and it ignited something in me. That spark led me to train in aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, Reiki, breathwork, NLP, and holistic coaching.
These practices didn’t just help me cope — they changed how I lived.
Today, I combine nervous system regulation, mindset coaching, movement, and natural wellbeing tools to help women reduce overwhelm, manage symptoms, and rebuild trust in their bodies.
I believe that while we can’t always control what we’re facing, we can feel empowered again — through the right support, personalised tools, and gentle, sustainable change.

I have experience working on a 1:1 basis, within small groups, in a corporate environment and with professional athletes.
I am fully certified and insured having over 15 years within the Health & Wellness Industry. Having started my journey more in the physical wellbeing, I soon realised the connection between mind & body and how often the physical body stores emotional and mental tension.
I firmly believe in addressing the root cause in order to heal on a deeper level. I am passionate about the mind and how the mind words, particularly the deep subconscious and how this is responsible for many of our thoughts, behaviours and beliefs.
By working together, we will take an overview of your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to gain an understanding of the real issue. Once we know the real issue, we will work through various holistic techniques, modalities & frameworks.
