About me

I'm Anthony Davis, an accredited coach, integrative psychotherapist, and clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping people create meaningful and lasting change.

Throughout my career in both the UK and the United States, I've supported professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals navigating career transitions, ADHD, burnout, life changes and emotional wellbeing. Alongside my private practice, I have held senior leadership roles within the NHS and social care, leading organisational transformation, developing high-performing teams and coaching professionals through periods of significant change.

These experiences have shaped a coaching approach that is practical, psychologically informed and deeply collaborative.

My role isn't to tell you what to do. Instead, I help you gain clarity, overcome the barriers holding you back and develop realistic strategies that enable sustainable change.

Whether you're feeling stuck in your career, struggling with confidence, managing ADHD, experiencing burnout or simply wanting more purpose and direction, coaching provides the space to think differently and move forward with confidence.

Why work with me?

Unlike traditional coaching, my approach combines evidence-based coaching with psychological insight.

Because of my background in psychotherapy, leadership and mental health, I understand that performance and success are rarely just about productivity, they're influenced by confidence, identity, relationships, emotions, stress and the way we relate to ourselves.

Together we'll explore not only what needs to change but why certain patterns keep repeating, allowing you to make changes that are both meaningful and sustainable.

My coaching style is warm, supportive, challenging and action-focused. I believe every client already possesses the capacity for growth; my role is to help you unlock it.

ADHD Coaching

As an Advanced ADHD Coach, I provide neurodiversity-affirming coaching that recognises how differently the ADHD brain works.

Specialist areas include:

  • Late ADHD identification and diagnosis
  • Workplace strategies
  • Executive functioning
  • Organisation and planning
  • Emotional regulation
  • Nervous system regulation

Personal Consultancy

Sometimes practical coaching isn't enough.

Personal Consultancy combines coaching with therapy, helping you understand emotional patterns, beliefs and habits that may be preventing change.

This approach is particularly helpful if you're feeling stuck despite knowing what you "should" be doing.

What to Expect

We begin with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to discuss what you're looking for, answer any questions and decide whether we're the right fit.

If you decide to move forward, we'll meet for a 60-minute assessment session to clarify your goals and develop a coaching plan tailored to your needs.

Sessions can be delivered online or in person from my Central London practice.

Whether you need a focused piece of work over several weeks or longer-term coaching, we'll agree a pace that supports your goals.

Ready to make a change?

If you're looking for a coach who combines psychological depth with practical strategies, I'd be delighted to hear from you.

Together we can develop greater clarity, confidence and momentum, helping you create meaningful change that lasts.
