About me

You’re not positive when it happened, but all of a sudden, you’ve lost your confidence.

Maybe the last personal or professional relationship that didn’t go right, has left you with a deep wound that hasn’t healed.

You're measuring your life with other people’s yardstick. And from this perspective, you indeed have a successful life. But the cost of keeping it all together builds a knot in your stomach each morning.

The obnoxious tension in your body keeps you navigating between the high alert and the deep exhaustion.

You're overthinking and catastrophising everything and trying to avoid making mistakes at any cost.

The very thought of being “found out” or losing your status scares you more than the death itself. It’s terrifying to think that maybe you aren’t as competent as you’ve been pretending all these years.

You keep promising yourself a break - that sits at the bottom of the long to-do list. The list that always quickly fills up as soon as it's about to reach the end.

"Self-care" to you mainly means numbing out difficult emotions by binging everything from the fridge in a one sitting. Or having one glass of too many of those home-made G&T’s after work, that used to sooth you and make you feel sophisticated - but that now just works against you.

Things like dating or maintaining a social life with the energy levels that you’ve left feels like a joke really. And scrolling your phone and seeing everyone else having happy times leaves you feeling like you're missing out in life, disconnected and lonely.

Inside, you want to scream but it's like you have no voice. And that self-silencing and the subtle passive-aggressive communication that you do only reaches the WRONG kind of attention, that you wanted to avoid in the first place.

Secretly you'd like to open up to someone about how you REALLY feel behind this immaculate front.

But the thought that leads to worry is that it would only be brushed away with a gentle laugh. "You have nothing to complain". According to everyone else you have it all together, just like you've been pretending all this time.

You can't focus and you procrastinate. The critical inner voice finds fault in everything you do.

And it doesn't make it any easier that your big number birthday is looming behind the corner and nothing you’ve expected to achieve by then is even close.

You want change.

You want to feel at peace, being able to focus and find the flow, to enjoy life and your work again.

You want to feel calm and confident. And effortlessly flow through the challenging situation and knowing how to handle difficult people - instead of staying on your toes and unconsciously scanning the room for potential threats.

You want to find your voice and effortlessly express yourself, to that one important person and to that large audience.

You want to feel spontaneous and joyful and finally meet with the right kind of people that you’ve been missing in your life.

You’re craving for real love. Feeling wanted and intimate, but without getting hurt every time.

But most importantly you finally want to learn how to deal with that inner critic so that you can start pursuing the big life goals that you haven’t allowed yourself to even think about.

I can help you.
