People come to you because you’re steady. Reliable. The one who absorbs the impact and keeps moving.
And you do it well—almost too well.
So well that no one sees what it costs you.
They see the capable adult.
You feel the hum beneath your ribs—the thinking that won’t switch off, the pressure that never quite lets up, the quiet sense that you’re holding far too much with far too little support.
There’s the version of you that shows up: competent, warm, socially fluent.
And then there’s the version that exists once the door closes:
the one sifting through every conversation, anticipating the next problem before it arrives, trying to make decisions with a mind that feels permanently overclocked.
Some days you power through.
Other days you find yourself withdrawing, not because you want to disappear but because you’re worn thin by being “fine” all the time.
You’ve tried talking yourself out of it, rationalising it, reading about it, journaling through it. You’ve tried being busy, being social, being quiet, being grateful, being disciplined.
None of it shifts the thing underneath—the part of you that’s tired of managing everything internally while appearing unbothered on the surface.

I’m Anna. I specialise in anxiety, overthinking and the quiet internal pressure carried by adults who seem put together from the outside but don’t feel that way on the inside.
For over a decade, I’ve worked with clients in Mayfair, Harley Street, Marylebone and online, helping them unravel the patterns they’ve survived by—and outgrown.
My background is in Personal Transformation Coaching, NLP, CBT-informed approaches, Transactional Analysis, IEMT and Ericksonian hypnotherapy.
In practice, this means we look beneath the symptoms: the looping thoughts, the perfectionism, the emotional bracing, the fear of getting it wrong, the instinct to shrink or over-function in your relationships.
Not to diagnose you.
Not to analyse you.
But to understand the architecture of how you’ve been coping—and to build something sturdier, kinder and truer in its place.
Our work is a collaboration.
We move at your pace.
We go deep, but never without grounding.

I’ve been working with adults in Central London since 2016, specialising in anxiety, overthinking and the kind of internal pressure that doesn’t show on the outside.
What I do sits at the intersection of coaching and clinical depth — practical enough to help you move, and attuned enough to understand why you haven’t.

Finances:
Sessions are £150 online and £280 in person (Central London — Mayfair, Harley Street, Marylebone). Each session lasts 60 minutes.
If your employer is covering your sessions, I provide invoices for reimbursement or professional development claims.

I work with clients online across the UK and internationally, as well as in person in Mayfair, Harley Street and Marylebone. I support people in demanding careers who are dealing with anxiety, confidence challenges or overthinking that impacts motivation, relationships and everyday wellbeing.
Sessions run Monday to Friday, 9:30am-3:00pm and last 60 minutes.
