Coaching Philosophy
My practice uses combinations of neuroscience, positive psychology and a strengths/values awareness to promote greater confidence, build resilience and enact change. I also utilise strategies to help with strategic planning, organisation and stress reduction.
My coaching philosophy, while built around core values of coaching, also recognises how a mentoring approach provides structure and ideas to facilitate a path forward.
Neurodiversity Coaching
I have specialised in Neurodiversity Coaching through professional training and hands on experience; helping family members and working with neurodivergent individuals in various capacities, including executive coaching for neurodiverse adults and sports coaching for children.
This has given me a strong understanding of the unique strengths and challenges neurodivergent individuals face in both personal and professional settings. My passion lies in helping everyone to harness their abilities, build confidence and create strategies that support their long-term success.
My Approach
• Focus on individual strengths rather than generic diagnoses
• Use experience and empathy to guide neurodivergent clients
• Implement strategies tailored to neurodiverse needs
• Build confidence, resilience and long-term solutions
• Create inclusive environments to maximise potential, reduce burnout
