Qualified Integrative Coach | Helping Parents

About me

I work with parents whose lives look like they are working on the surface, but underneath things feel harder to manage than they should.

Not because anything has gone wrong, but because life gets busy and suddenly there is just too much to hold together, too many decisions to make, and never enough time or headspace to think properly.

At a certain point, it stops being about trying harder it's about having the right support, motivation and a clear plan so you can think clearly, feel in control and make good decisions for your future.

You Might Recognise Yourself Here If

  • You feel responsible for everything
  • You are always thinking about what needs to be done
  • You feel overwhelmed and exhausted
  • You feel stuck and don’t know where to start
  • You have big decisions to make and no time or capacity to think
  • You feel like you are managing life, not enjoying it
  • You want life to feel calmer and more in control
  • You are going through a difficult period such as divorce, illness, or a big life change
  • You just want to be happy and enjoy your life

How I Can Help

I help you step back, look at everything properly, and work out what actually needs to change.

Together we will:

  • get clear on what is really causing stress or overwhelm
  • organise what feels messy or out of control
  • work through decisions you have been putting off
  • create a clear, realistic plan for moving forward
  • put simple systems in place so life runs more smoothly

The aim is not to change your whole life. The aim is to make your life feel manageable, in control and enjoyable again.

My Approach
My approach is calm, practical and supportive.

This is not therapy and it's not just reflection work,  together we will look at the full picture and focus on real life, real decisions and real changes that will make your day-to-day life easier.

Most people contact me when they feel like they are holding everything together, but inside they are exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next.

You do not have to wait until everything falls apart to get support.

Send me a message and we can talk about how to get life working for you again.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold an ICF-accredited Diploma in Integrative Coaching.

Through my coaching work, I have supported clients through overwhelm and burnout, divorce and separation, returning to work after children, working parent life, managing busy households and life admin, and big life decisions during difficult or transitional periods.

Before becoming a coach, I worked in a senior role as a Director of Marketing and Operations within a multi-branch property business, managing teams, operations, strategy and complex decision making. This background means I am very practical, organised and solution-focused, and comfortable helping people work through complicated situations and decisions.

Alongside my professional experience, I also have significant personal experience of managing family life, major life changes and periods of high responsibility, which allows me to support clients from both a coaching and real-life perspective.

What Happens Next

The first step is to book a discovery call.

We will have a chat about how things are at the moment, what you would like to change, and whether working together would be helpful for you.

If it feels like the right fit, we can then decide the best way to move forward.

Even if we don’t end up working together, I hope you remember that life isn’t meant to feel hard all the time, and you don’t have to carry everything on your own.
