Performance Executive Coach - anxiety management certified.

About me

With 15 years of experience in the corporate world, performance & career coaching, I have witnessed first hand a number of valuable situations and gained insights and learnings that my clients are 100% benefitting from.

The areas I mostly support my clients on:

- career progression

- personal branding

- leadership skills and mindset

- time management

- identify blindspots to set up inclusive strategies

- confidence and self-esteem

- managing your team and upward

- new job = new team

- next career move

My approach is straight to the point and always tailored to my client's personality I don't believe one-fits-all programs work for my clients (I'm not the right coach for everyone).

I believe coaching is a personal service, therefore, require my experience in coaching to push forward the relevant tools at the relevant time.

It's not always easy to understand what is happening and the impact events will have on us; the first step is to recognise that there is an unpleasant feeling floating around more and more often. Second, step is to understand what this feeling is about, where it's from and then start taming it together.

Where did it start for me?

I left the corporate world to open my performance and career coaching practice after realising that not enough support was available for emerging leaders in the corporate world.

New roles new responsibilities with a limited amount of support leading to a high level of stress and long hours in the office to compensate for the gap. As a result, more setbacks and self-esteem starting to suffer.

Personally, the setbacks I witnessed and experienced affected me far more than I thought. After months of leaving the corporate world, they were still very present and slowing my progress as an entrepreneur. I couldn't shake them off despite my strong personality usually eager to overcome challenges and bad feelings.

I understood that I built coping mechanisms to hide the impact of the setbacks had on me. I managed to fool myself, for this reason, I had to remove a thick layer of dust to revive my confidence with my coach.

Before being coached myself, no matter what I was doing the negative self-talk was winning. This was down to the way our brain is wired: coaching is about disrupting the thought process to rewire positively and for the term.

What I call: Leveraging your worth by optimising yourself.

The idea is to achieve your goal, complete your project or realise your dream without letting anyone decide, through their behaviour, where you should stop.

Let's be honest, it won't always be easy but that's why I get coached! Let's reclaim control.

Training, qualifications & experience

I believe that I have a lot more to offer my clients therefore, I spend 20% of my time training to pursue my personal and professional development, my latest certifications acquired = Anxiety management in Nov 2021 and executive coaching in March 2020.

Received with Distinction from The Coaching Academy and committed to continually renew and revive my learnings through additional training with the latest being my certificate in Executive Coaching from Full Circle (accredited by the ICF).
