About Me 

Hello, I'm Alina.

I help adults stop smoking and vaping without replacing nicotine with food or unwanted weight gain.

Many people want to quit smoking but worry about cravings, emotional eating, and gaining weight. My work focuses on helping clients become free from nicotine while building healthier habits and a positive relationship with food.

I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner, and Behaviour Change Coach. For over 17 years, I worked within the NHS as a Stop Smoking Adviser and Lifestyle Adviser, helping people make lasting health and lifestyle changes.

My approach combines Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching techniques, and evidence-based behaviour change strategies. I support clients in understanding their smoking or vaping habits, managing cravings, overcoming triggers, and maintaining motivation throughout their journey to becoming smoke-free.

Single fee £25, but , f you would like to get 5-6 sessions, the price for one session will be £20
