Life & Career Coach for Young Professionals

About me

I work with people in their 20s and 30s who are looking to make a change.

  • Perhaps you want to gain more confidence and assertiveness
  • Perhaps you’re ready to take control of your career or personal development
  • Perhaps you’d like to improve your work life balance and reduce stress
  • Perhaps you’re ready to reshape relationships and habits that hold you back

Or perhaps you’re not quite sure what your next step is yet, but you think you could be doing more or better.

I specialise in bringing you clarity about exactly what you want, and empowering you to achieve it. My style is supportive but challenging, as I push you to explore the boundaries of what you can accomplish.

Let's Get Started

I offer a FREE 30-minute consultation call, which is a chance for you to experience my style of coaching. Why not get in touch today by email or phone, so we can have our first conversation.

"I found coaching with Alice amazing! It’s been life changing - so revealing and inspiring. Alice is so professional and natural in her coaching you feel like you are talking to a long lost friend. This really helped me open up, challenge some of my thinking and set goals that felt right in order to continue with new exciting chapters."

- Joanna, Yoga Instructor

“I was at a crossroads in my career, and the idea of leaving my job was really daunting. Alice was incredibly calming, supportive and understanding. She is an excellent listener and was able to follow what I was saying and often find themes or ways in which to distill my random thought processes. The techniques and the exercises we did meant that I was able to revisit things we had discussed and reflect on them in difficult circumstances. I have made the decision to leave my firm and I honestly do not think I would have been able to do this without these sessions."

- Anna*, Corporate Solicitor

"Coaching with Alice was very liberating. It felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders, and enabled me to gain answers to the problems I had. The biggest benefit I took from our sessions was the clarity to end a relationship that was toxic. I restarted hobbies and interests, and gained confidence."

- Kate, Freelance Designer

"I was overwhelmed by committing to too many projects and responsibilities in my working life, and I found I wasn't enjoying any of them. I didn't know how to relax by myself, and so kept tiring myself out by working.

Working with Alice was very easy and helpful. She listened carefully to me when I spilled out everything on my mind, and she asked insightful questions that helped me make sense of how I felt, and how I was behaving - her intuitive responses guided me to some big personal realisations in a short amount of time. She helped me come up with some very practical steps to work more effectively and efficiently in my job, and she's changed my attitude towards downtime away from work, so I feel I can relax more - I feel more fulfilled all round as a result of the time I spent with Alice. Thank you!"

- Henry, Writer & Grant Fundraiser

"Absolutely fantastic! Really not what I expected from a ‘coach’ because you have so much depth and obvious Psychology-based understanding. I can really see how your Psychology background has informed your style and given you a much deeper awareness of what is going on beneath the surface. I feel that uprooting what is really going on in the psyche is much more likely to create long lasting results for me rather than the quick motivational fixes one normally expects from standard coaching.

This was all expertly handled by not fixating on the past but rather by cherry picking the relevant background information that related directly to the issue in question. You also have such a strong sense of time and how to move around it with your questions to extract the necessary info. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends because you have really made a difference to my thinking and behaviour in such a short amount of time. Thank you Alice!"

- Namalee, Fashion Stylist & Editor

"The process really made me think differently and delve deeper. I realised what was holding me back, and how I could turn the situation around. I left feeling very positive and motivated."
