About me

I support leaders, change-makers and professionals to grow in a way that feels authentic, grounded and sustainable. Whether you're navigating a leadership challenge, wanting to lead in an authentic way, or simply seeking greater clarity and confidence in your direction, I offer a calm, confidential space to think, reflect and move forward.

My coaching style is thoughtful, honest and quietly challenging – designed to help you reconnect with what matters most, work through complexity, and lead with integrity. I don’t believe in surface-level fixes or performative leadership. I believe in depth, clarity and care.

I bring 15+ years’ experience working in and alongside the charity, healthcare and education sectors, including leading two national charities. I understand what it means to lead under pressure – and how easy it can be to lose yourself in the process.

Alongside 1:1 coaching, I also offer team facilitation, leadership development workshops, and talks on values-led leadership, identity, and inclusion. My work is underpinned by the global code of ethics.

If you’re ready to grow from where you are – not where you’re “meant” to be – I’d love to hear from you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m an experienced senior leader and executive coach, with over 15 years in the charity and healthcare sectors. I’ve served as CEO of two national organisations, worked within a healthcare regulator, and bring deep insight into the realities and complexities leaders face today.

My coaching is calm, thoughtful and grounded in real-world leadership. I’m currently completing an ILM Level 7 accredited qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and also hold a qualification in NLP (working towards full Practitioner status). I work in line with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

I’m a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and the Royal Society of Arts, and my approach combines lived experience, structured development and a strong focus on clarity, purpose and personal growth.

Additional information

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to coaching – and that includes pricing. I offer a sliding scale depending on your circumstances and the type of support you’re looking for, whether that’s individual sessions, a coaching package, or team-based facilitation.

I offer a free, no-obligation call to explore what you’re looking for and ensure we’re a good fit. If we decide to work together, we’ll agree on a structure and fee that feels fair and sustainable for both of us.

Reduced rates are available for individuals working in the charity, public, or health sectors, and I’m always happy to talk this through.
