About me

I work with people who feel caught between where they are and who they want to be. I can help you if you feel lost, burned out, stuck in self-doubt, or simply unsure of what comes next. Whether it's a career that no longer feels right, a sense of having lost sight of yourself, a creative project that never gets started or the feeling that time keeps passing while the gap between where you are and where you want to be keeps growing. That's exactly what I help people work through.

For years I've been juggling composing music for major UK TV shows while working full-time in project management, operations and employment coaching. I knew something needed to change but couldn't quite find the way through and understand what it should look like.

My own lived experience and the coaching support I've had, is what brought me to this work.

I work in a way that's empathetic, calm and led by you. Together we'll discover what's really in the way, explore what's possible and build a way forward that fits all of who you are. We'll work at dissecting the internal (beliefs, guilt and self-doubt) and external (time, energy, structure) components that get in the way and limit your full capabilities.

To find out more about how I work, please visit my website or contact me for an initial call!

All sessions are online and I work with clients across the UK and beyond.

Areas of coaching I deal with

My specialisms

Career
I've helped people transition career, understand the practical and emotional sides of career uncertainty and find their purpose. Knowing something needed to change but unsure how to make it work.
Confidence
The voices that say you're not capable, not ready, not good enough and hold you back from admitting how much something matters. I know first-hand how much those internal voices can impact decisions.
Personal development
The beliefs carried for years without questioning. The patterns that keep circling the same place. I've lived it and understand it takes more than setting goals or building habits to create change.
