About me

Coaching that goes beyond what you do, and focuses on who you are, and the systemic forces that have shaped you so far.

Hello. I'm Justin, a dual-qualified and accredited coach, supervisor, and psychotherapist. I know that we often need more than an intellectual understanding of a problem or situation, and my extensive and wide-ranging experience means that working with me is not limited to surface-level challenges and conversations.

This isn't just about professional development; it's about personal transformation. Coaching with me gives you:

  • A collaborative space to talk and feel
  • Confidential exploration giving insight and clarity
  • Support through challenge and creativity
  • Safety and psychological depth
  • Tools, actions, and outcomes
  • Return on investment

If you are looking for a space that respects your history while accelerating your future, let’s talk. You can book a free call with me to get clarity before committing to anything.

LGBTQ+ Leadership and Executive Coaching

Most leadership coaching focuses on what you do. I focus on who you are - and the systemic forces that shaped you.

As a coach with a rigorous background in psychotherapy, I realised that traditional professional development often fails leaders, particularly from LGBTQ+ and minority groups. It ignores the "minority stress," the hyper-vigilance, and the internalised narratives that we carry into senior roles.

I extended my clinical practice to psychologically-informed executive coaching because I recognised the need for a space where high-achieving professionals could do the "deep work" without having to explain their identity or their triggers.

I bring a trauma-informed lens to the corporate world. This means we don’t just talk about "executive presence"; we dismantle the barriers to authentic self-expression. We don’t just manage "burnout"; we address the systemic exhaustion of leading in spaces not originally built for us.

I’m here to ensure that your rise to the top is psychologically sustainable, authentic, and rooted in a profound sense of self.
