Despite a difficult start, the article reports how, after a couple of weeks, it becomes easier to achieve a ‘stillness of mind’, and let go of thoughts and anxieties, even if only for ten minutes. Keeping up an activity such as this everyday does require discipline, but the results will mean you’ll find it easier to get on top of problems, as well as being able to give yourself some space from them when you need to.
