Whoever said Goal Setting was easy?!?

Many people begin the week full of motivation and positive intentions, only to find that daily pressures, distractions and setbacks gradually derail their plans. Whether it’s work deadlines, fitness goals or making healthier lifestyle choices, staying consistent can be difficult without the right support and structure in place.

Thursday, you've nearly finished the report, that still counts right? But you forgot that the team are going out to celebrate a birthday, so much for the gym and avoiding unhealthy foods.
Friday, you feel utterly disappointed but at least it's the weekend, you'll start again on Monday.
