It provides an opportunity to step back and jointly explore your work, gain new perspectives and process any lingering concerns you may have from working with a coaching client.

Supervision can also be immensely helpful to examine your successes too, to better understand how much skill you used, and that the great session you had wasn't down just a product of luck. Many of us often fail to notice, celebrate and consolidate our ongoing development.

With over 15 years experience coaching in a wide range of environments, supervising allows me to share my experience and support other coaches in what can be an isolated profession.
