Jayne Archer

I provide practical, creative and restorative supervision to a range of helping professionals, including those in training.  

I have worked in educational, clinical, charity and private sector settings delivering supervision.  I originally worked as a long arm supervisor for the University of St Mark and St John, supporting students through Masters Level Youth and Community training. I moved into Clinical work in 2008 and have many years experience of working in children and young people's services, so am sensitive to the complexities of working with safeguarding and risk. I have also provided coaching and supervision to leaders and managers who are seeking to reflect upon and improve their performance. 

I use Hawkins and Shoet 7 eye model as the basis of my approach as it integrates the relational and systemic aspects of supervision, which is particularly helpful for those working in organisations but will tailor the supervision to the needs of the supervisee to consider the context/modality and ethical framework in which the work is delivered

I offer a reduced rate for counsellors/coaches in training.
