Supervision details
I help coaches reflect on their coaching work so they can become better, more confident and more effective in their coaching practice.
If you’re looking for supervision, you’re probably a coach who wants to create powerful transformations together with your clients and you want to coach at a high standard.
I focus on the three key functions of supervision:
Restore
- Receive non-judgemental support and partner with me to resolve tricky client cases so you can support your clients better - and yourself.
- Emotional content shouldn’t linger on in your day after a coaching session.
- Supervision helps you resolve and remove any emotional debris you might have absorbed in a session.
- Clear your head and come stay in your centre even when working with clients at a deep level or with complex situations.
Develop
- Without having a supervision space to reflect on your coaching, we can become comfortable in our approach, but are we still growing?
- Using a relational (person-centred) approach to explore potential blind spots in coaching
- Develop your coaching skills, learn new frameworks, explore different approaches and effective coaching interventions
Work in Integrity
- Ensure your contracting is effective, ethical and boundaried to the highest benefit of all parties
- Support to navigate potential trauma or traumatic experiences with your clients and be trauma-informed in your practice
- Navigate difficult conversations such as endings or referring clients to therapy

The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
