Penny Budgen offers professional personal development/life coaching tailored to individual needs. She lives in rural Oxfordshire, not far from Oxford city, and runs 'Coach Works' (www.coachworks.info) and 'Creature Comforts Coaching' for women (www.creaturecomfortscoaching.co.uk) from her office at home.
She offers a flexible, affordable, down-to-earth approach which helps clients keep their feet on the ground whilst discovering what direction they really want to take to get the best out of their lives.
She believes passionately that everyone has their own unique capacity to fulfil their own needs and solve their own problems and has found Life Coaching to be the most effective and powerful way of helping people identify and access the best moves for them.
You choose what, when and how you get coached: at Old Farm House, on the telephone, in your own home or via Skype. Initially, a face-to-face meeting is recommended followed by 4-6 regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions, at a time that works for you. Short, residential intensive coaching breaks/courses are also available.
