About me

Penny Budgen offers professional personal development/life coaching tailored to individual needs.
She offers a flexible, affordable, down-to-earth approach which helps clients keep their feet on the ground whilst discovering what direction they really want to take to get the best out of their lives.

She believes passionately that everyone has their own unique capacity to fulfil their own needs and solve their own problems and has found Life Coaching to be the most effective and powerful way of helping people identify and access the best moves for them.

You choose what, when and how you get coached: at Old Farm House, on the telephone, in your own home or via Skype. Initially, a face-to-face meeting is recommended followed by 4-6 regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions, at a time that works for you. Short, residential intensive coaching breaks/courses are also available.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
