About me

Penny Budgen offers professional personal development/life coaching tailored to individual needs. She lives in rural Oxfordshire, not far from Oxford city, and runs 'Coach Works' ( and 'Creature Comforts Coaching' for women ( from her office at home.
She offers a flexible, affordable, down-to-earth approach which helps clients keep their feet on the ground whilst discovering what direction they really want to take to get the best out of their lives.

She believes passionately that everyone has their own unique capacity to fulfil their own needs and solve their own problems and has found Life Coaching to be the most effective and powerful way of helping people identify and access the best moves for them.
