I have been coaching people in career development for over 10 years.
Many of the people I see are in first jobs but are not sure that they have chosen the career direction that suits them. Others are already established in a job but have reached a crossroads and no longer feel fulfilled or want to progress to the next level but feel they are being overlooked for promotion.
My coaching style is collaborative and action based. Using a different models and a mapping technique I would help you discover who you are and then coach you to think through and articulate what it is you actually want from your career. By gaining more understanding of who you are, what makes you tick and what's important to you, you will be in a strong position to make informed decisions about what job and career might suit you.
So if you worked with me, how would it work?
First we'd have an informal chat over the phone to discuss what's on your mind and get to know each other a little. If we both feel we'd work well together then we'll agree on a number of coaching sessions. (Each programme I run is bespoke and yours will be no exception).
Face to face or telephone coaching is equally effective, so you decide what suits you best. I offer coaching Monday - Friday from 08.30 - 17.00 (with the last session starting at 17.00).
I am really approachable, so if you would like to know more about how coaching can help you, call me on 0208 810 0428 or email me at email@example.com .
