I have been coaching people in career development for the past 10 years.
Many of the people I see are in first jobs but are not sure that they have chosen the career direction that really suits them. Others are already established in a job but have reached a crossroads and are no longer sure they are really where they want to be. Another group of people who seek coaching with me are those who feel they have lost their way and are having issues with self belief and confidence.
My coaching style is collaborative, thought provoking and action based. I help my clients with personal development by increasing their self awareness and encouraging them to think through and articulate what it is they want from their careers going forward. By helping them gain more understanding of what makes them tick and exploring what's important to them, my clients find they are in a better position to make informed decisions about what they want from their lives and what this looks like.
So if you worked with me as your career coach, how would it work?
First we'd have an informal chat over the phone so we could discuss what's on your mind and get to know each other a little and if we feel we'd work well together then we'll agree on a series of coaching sessions. Each programme I run is bespoke and yours will be no exception.
Face to face or telephone coaching is equally effective, so you decide what suits you best. I offer coaching Monday - Friday from 08.30 - 17.30 (with the last session starting at 17.30).
I am really approachable, so if you would like to know more about how coaching can help you, call me on 0208 810 0428 or email me at email@example.com for an introductory chat.
