I became a professional executive coach (ILM Level 7) to help people to create the changes that they want to achieve, whatever they might be. My clients tell me I achieve transformational results, whilst showing patience, empathy and understanding.
I bring a breadth of leadership experience, and have helped clients at all levels from graduates to board level in the UK, Europe and Dubai. My coaching experience includes all manner of personal development challenges, promotions, redundancy, career transitions, retirement, setting up new businesses and establishing a new normal after serious illness.
Coaching approach
My approach to coaching is bespoke for each client, depending on their needs. I build a collaborative coaching partnership where we will explore how best to achieve your desired outcomes. It is non-directive and can include a range of tools and techniques.
I offer a free discovery call with all my clients, so we can talk about your requirements, how we can best address these and for us both to see if we are suited to work together.

£175.00 - £250.00
Additional information
I usually offer a bronze, silver and gold packages, depending on what the client requires. These can be seen for content on my website. I will discuss pricing with the individual at the discovery call after exploring what the client wants. I will offer a range of pricing depending on the individual from £175 per hour, to £295 per hour for executives. These prices exclude VAT. Packages of 6 sessions will work out slightly cheaper.
