About me

I work with people who want to change their lives, people who want their lives to be fulfilling, purposeful, happy and meaningful.

I help people to:

  • Find out what they really want to do with their lives and their work.
  • To set them selves’ goals for the future and stay focused.
  • To take the actions and make the changes they need to reach their goals.
  • To stay motivated and focused.
  • To break down the barriers in their way.
  • To overcome the fears and anxieties that hold them back.

I use coaching skills and tools along with Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques to help people replace unhelpful and negative thinking patterns and become positive, confident and resourceful individuals.

As well as Life Coaching I undertake Carer Coaching. Here I help people find the best career pathway for them, matching their skills and experience with their passions and interests. I help people find and apply for the jobs they want and perform confidently in their interview.

I also offer Leadership Coaching to individuals within organisations helping them to achieve strategic goals and to get the most out of the teams they are leading. I help them to develop and improve their interpersonal and relationship skills. During leadership coaching I also focus on individual professional development and personal achievement.

I coach face to face, over the phone , by email and via Zoom
