About me
I'm an executive and life coach with a calm, grounded approach. My clients feel safe and supported, but also genuinely challenged.
Whether you're navigating a big change, stepping into something new, or simply feeling stuck, coaching gives you the space to get clear, make better decisions, and show up more fully in your life and work.
Before I became a coach I spent over 20 years in senior leadership in financial services. I know what real pressure feels like. The weight of decisions, managing people, holding everything together. That experience shapes how I work. I'm not interested in quick fixes or generic frameworks. I'm interested in you.
Coaching isn't about having the answers. It's about asking the right questions so you can find your own.

Professional Qualifications and Career Experience
I qualified in Executive Coaching with Henley Business School, an internationally renowned coaching institution, this is underpinned by a degree in Management Science from Manchester Business School. My coaching credentials are complemented by my experience working as a senior leader with Barclays for over a decade, where I supported the UK’s foremost business leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Coaching Accreditations
I take great pride in my accreditation as a Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Adhering to their rigorous code of ethics, I maintain the highest professional standards in every coaching engagement. I actively engage in continuous personal development, have a coach myself and participate in regular supervision.
