Professional Qualifications and Career Experience
I qualified in Executive Coaching with Henley Business School, an internationally renowned coaching institution, this is underpinned by a degree in Management Science from Manchester Business School. My coaching credentials are complemented by my experience working as a senior leader with Barclays for over a decade, where I supported the UK’s foremost business leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Coaching Accreditations
I take great pride in my accreditation as a Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Adhering to their rigorous code of ethics, I maintain the highest professional standards in every coaching engagement. I actively engage in continuous personal development, have a coach myself and participate in regular supervision.
