About us
Bob has over 18 years of experience in leading people from combat to corporate environments and in the COVID response with the NHS, an ICF accredited coach and a former management consultant he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to helping you to lead, inspire and manage people.
Typically, people come to me because they are frustrated; they know they can achieve more, but there is a lack of opportunity, recognition and respect. They suffer from self-doubt, wondering if they are really good enough to survive the reality of senior management, never mind thrive in it. Whatever they try, their team’s performance is mediocre and this leads to a feeling of being overwhelmed. Sound familiar?
I help senior managers, VPs and leaders of small businesses to become the leader that everyone respects and wants to work for.

Training, qualifications & experience
Bob holds a Professional Coaching Diploma from Optimus Coach Academy (ICF Level 2). He has coached multiple clients at various levels from CEO and FD to office manager.
Bob is also an experienced management consultant and has worked in a large range of organisations across the UK and Europe - meaning that he has a wide ranging experience in multiple industries and settings.
He has a PGDIP in Executive Leadership and Management and a BSC Econ in International Politics and Strategic Studies.
Bob is also an alumnus of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and was the top student on the prestigious Infantry Platoon Commanders' Battle Course in 2008. He deployed operationally to Iraq and Afghanistan.

Additional information
I find that coaching achieves the best results in a 3 month package. However, I also offer one off personality profiling to help you identify your goals:
- One to One, 3 month coaching package (10 1 hour Zoom sessions, a DISC profile report and workbook, leadership materials, personal support to implement new strategies) - £3000
- I offer group coaching courses that start each month. these last 3 months, with a weekly 90 minute group session, workbooks, training material, DISC profile report, free Facebook group support. £1500
- One off DISC profile report plus an hour long coaching session to identify the "so whats" from the report. - £100
